I guess I got the idea for the title after looking at his expression.. I dunno.. He kinda looks authoritative..
Anyway, I'm finally trying to get a feel for a somewhat impressionistic style with my coloring. Definitely give me some comments on this style, I'd really like to know what you guys think.
